I was so nervous about getting tattoo removal done and my experience was beyond amazing!!! The staff was so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable! She walked me through every step and explained what everything does in full detail. I was in and out of the office within 30min total for my first session (my tattoo was pretty simple and small). I like the fact that Dr. Rueckl, a well-known dermatologist actually owns this clinic. So I know that I am receiving the best care. And he was able to go further than numbing creams that don’t really work. He gave me a couple of shots of lidocaine and I didn’t feel anything. There is some aftercare, but it’s all worth my time.
